The Promising Movies Releasing this Eid Holiday

If you’re not going away this Eid holiday then cinemas will be the obvious substitute and if you are going away this Eid, then going to the movies post Eid holiday is an even wiser choice.

Here are the movies releasing this Eid!

1- El Mamarr

The movie just premiered yesterday and it looks very promising, well, it must be with Ahmed Ezz as the lead and under the direction of Sherif Arafa.

The movies tells the story of a platoon of commandos’ soldiers who are lead by their fearless commander, Nour. The movie follows their journey through heroic battles from The Six Days War to the commencement of The Attrition War.

The cast also includes a remarkable lineup, Hend Sabry, Ahmed Rizk, Asmaa Abou El Yazeed, Mohamed Farrag, Eyad Nassar and Sherif Mounir. Told you it looks promising!

2- Hamlet Pharon

 

We have spoken about this movie before for bringing Mike Tayson to act alongside Ahmed Saad, now the wait is finally almost over.

Yehia also known as Pharoun runs the largest network of organized assassinations in Egypt, and in a mission to Syria, he brings the group together. The trailer is very impressive, and it looks like we’re getting our own Egyptian Suicide Squad!

Cast also includes Ruby, Mahmoud Abdelmoghni, Mohamed Lotfy, Susan Negm Eldein and Horeya Farghaly.

3- Casablance

 

Starring Amir Karara, Eyad Nassar and Amr Abdel-Galeel, the plot follows three friends who form a gang of pirates named and are assigned a mission against the mob, in the aftermath of a heist.

It is a trio we look forward to seeing!

4- Sab’e Alboromba

Ramez Galal returns to the silver screen with a new comedy, starring alongside Bayoumi Foad and Jamila Awad. Ramez Galal pretends to be a police officer in order for him to win the girl he loves.

5- Mohamed Hussein

Mohamed Saad strikes again, and this time he is accused of the murder of a famous french painter as he was the last person to see him. The movie follows his journey in searching for the real killer and how along the way, he gets tangled up with a mob.

The cast also includes Mai Selim and Samir Sabri.

Russell Brand in Negotiations to Join Gal Gadot in ‘Death on the Nile’

Russell Brand is currently in negotiations to take on a role in the film ‘Death on the Nile’ that is based on Agatha Christie’s novel, and to be directed by Kenneth Branagh.

‘Death on the Nile‘ will be the sequel to “Murder on the Orient Express’ which was brought to life by Branagh in 2017. This new adaptation will follow the famous detective Hercule Poirot while he investigates a murder that took place aboard a Nile cruise touring Egypt, with a love triangle as a bonus!

The movie is currently in pre-production and Russell Brand might be joining the cast soon that already includes Gal Gadot, Kenneth Baranagh and Leitia Wright.

Shooting is set to begin this September, with the movie set to hit theaters in October 2020.

Marvel Reveals Its Line-up For Phase 4 and Here’s The Complete List!

Marvel Studios finally let us all in on its plans for the next phase of the Marvel Cinematic Universe as it just revealed its upcoming schedule during its Hall H panel at San Diego Comic-Con on Saturday night.

They have announced at least 10 projects that we shall expect over the next two years, one of the biggest reveals during the comic-con convention is that Natalie Portman will wield Thor’s hammer and that Mahershala Ali will star in a new Blade project. There has also been a confirmation from Marvel that they’re working on movies featuring some of the studio’s recently acquired characters.

The following are the announcements that Marvel made during the panel and their release dates:

Black Widow, starring Scarlett Johansson and Rachel Weisz, arriving in theaters on May 1, 2020.

The Eternals, starring Angelina Jolie and Salma Hayek, arriving in theaters on November 6, 2020.

Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, starring Simu Liu, arriving in theaters on February 12, 2021.

Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, starring Benedict Cumberbatch and Elizabeth Olsen, arriving in theaters on May 7, 2021.

Thor: Love and Thunder, starring Natalie Portman, Tessa Thompson, and Chris Hemsworth, arriving in theaters on November 5, 2021.

There are of course a number of upcoming Marvel films that weren’t announced during the panel, including Black Panther 2, Guardians of the Galaxy 3 and Captain Marvel 2. All of which are currently in development, but the studios seem to be not ready to reveal more details just yet. Kevin Feige also confirmed projects for Fantastic Four and X-Men are in the works.

It is fair to say that Marvel is going to be quite busy over the next upcoming years, planning huge things for us. In return, we will also be very busy catching up to all those incredible releases!

The Best Netflix Series That Are Making A Return This July

July was and still is a lit month for all the Netflixers what with all the series that have returned to our favorite streaming media provider. Now in case you aren’t keeping track, here are some of the best shows that have returned or is returning this month.

If you’re not excited about their return, meaning you haven’t watched any of them, well you have some serious catching up to do because these are a MUST WATCH.

1- La Casa De Papel, Part 3

The third part of our favorite Spanish series has finally returned after a VERY long wait, the show is about professional criminals who plan an elaborate robbery of the Royal Mint of Spain. Let me just tell you that everything about the series, from the plot to the cinematography, is mind-blowing.

2- Stranger Things, Season 3

Honestly the only series I have watched on Netflix that got my heart racing so fast, out of fear, horror and excitement. At the same time, gives me a really good laugh! Weird, right?

Well, ever wonder what the summer of 1985 was like in Hawkins, Indiana, after a monster from the Upside Down attacked it? Well, now you will know!

3- Workin’ Moms, Season 2

Yet to be released on July 25th, the series follows the lives of three moms after maternity leave and the challenges they face in raising their toddlers while trying to maintain their social life and career. A good laugh and at the same time perfectly portray the struggles of working mothers.

Finally making a return on July 26 is the popular long-running drama showcasing the life of inmates at a women’s prison.
