The twenty six year old Egyptian football player, who is loved by many, is set to win the FIFA best player award of 2018! The other two nominees heading against the one and only Mohamed Salah are Cristiano Ronaldo and Luka Modric! Fingers crossed, we really hope Salah wins this outstanding award!

Sadly, he didn’t get the chance to win the UEFA award of 2018 because of the three week injury period in the Champions League Final of 2018. However, Luka Modric won it.

Recently, there was a disagreement between the one and only Mohamed Salah and The Egyptian Football Association because they weren’t agreeing on Salah’s easy conditions claiming that he’s arrogant and conceited just because Salah wanted privacy for his team and himself so they could easily concentrate on the upcoming matches.

Furthermore, after the video Salah made explaining his point of view to the fans and saying he isn’t asking for special treatment, he simply wants every footballer’s rights. After this video going viral, everything went uphill again. The Egyptian Football Association finally agreed to his very easy to do terms and everything is right on track.

The Egyptian King is currently having fun here in Sahel, Egypt and we couldn’t be happier for him, he’s every Egyptian’s pride!

Nadia Haitham, who is a sixteen year old teenager, fantasizes and creates images in people’s minds using written words. She has always admired the idea of writing ever since she was a little girl with piggy tails and somehow, she’s chasing her dream! Nadia is currently an IGCSE student in The Continental School Of Cairo and she’s in the eleventh grade. They say Nadia is too young but she asks repeatedly, “if I don’t start now, then when?!” She blows her candles on the fifteenth of July, her zodiac sign is Cancer and she’s Egyptian. In 2015, she has written her first completed book that’s called, “Love Of A Teenage Girl” which is published on a writing website called, Wattpad. She has won several awards for the book which she’s planning to publish in the future. Nadia has also written a few other books and created quotes of her own but she hasn’t completed them yet but she’s planning to. She’s into music and learning something new every single day using the help of the social media world. She believes that writing is an underestimated art, it’s exactly like painting colorful images in people’s minds by using words of black and white.

‘Bela Plastic’: Initiative Launched in Dahab To Limit The Use of Plastic

Published

Bela Plastic‘ campaign is an initiative launched in Dahab in an effort to protect the environment and marine life in Dahab.

President of the City Council of Dahab, Tarak El-Baz announced the launch of the initiative in early July, the campaign will include workshops and trainings to help raise awareness about the danger that plastic use impose on the marine life. These workshops will be targeted towards the hotels and restaurants, where plastic is most used.

Moreover, banners and warning signs will be placed across the city of Dahab as another way of spreading awareness and caution to tourists. What’s even more impressive is that volunteer tourism organizations and a number of dive centers will take part in the initiative by cleaning up the beaches of Dahab.

Such a remarkable step follows a decision that was taken three months ago by Governor Ahmed Abdullah to ban the single-use plastic in the Red Sea governorate.

Another initiative was launched in South Sinai reserve called “Khali al-Bahar Yetnafes”, also targeting the hotels and resorts. Aiming to raise more awareness on the critical issue of single-use plastic.

We hope to see the results of these initiatives very soon, and for the outcome to be apparent in the next few months, especially with Dahab being a touristic destination for its environment and stunning marine life that attracts many tourists, preserving its sites is certainly a must.
