-Trail of Flowers: Create a path to the engagement ring. For example, scatter petals from the front door to the bedroom and use more petals to spell out “Will you marry me?” Alternatively, you could use candles to trace a path, but be careful. Don’t burn the house down!
-Trust Walk: Plan a surprise trip using blindfolds and circuitous routes. When you get to your destination (hopefully, a beautiful, secluded spot), pop the question. If you’re planning to stay overnight, don’t forget to pack a bag for your sweetheart!
-Written in the Air: Skywriting is such a cool, unique way to propose. You can both have an intimate and private marriage proposal, while still proclaiming your love to the world. Another alternative: get a plane to fly a banner with “Will you marry me, ___?” over your town.
-Create a milestone movie: With video creation being easier than ever (you can even use your smartphone to shoot it!), we’ve seen some really cute videos being compiled and shown right before the proposal. There are movie trailer proposals, Disney montages and tons of others. One of our favorite marriage proposal ideas is recording a video of you at all the places that are meaningful to your relationship. Record yourself at the park you laid in for five hours on a Tuesday evening, the restaurant you went to with her parents for the first time, the pet store you got your bulldog from — tell her why these moments were so special to you and your relationship. You can show this movie at home (before the TV show you’re both hooked on), in front of friends and family members at a surprise dinner or event, or see if you can show the video at your local movie theater. This unique marriage proposal ensures you have the memory for years and years to come.
-Pixie lights and pictures: Create an outdoor space with lights and pictures from your relationship.
Promposals:
-Pizza!: A pizza wins anyone’s heart so order a heart shaped pizza and write with red sauce and pepperoni the words, “Prom?” and cross your fingers and hope they’d say yes.
-Friends help: Let some friends stand each behind each other and each one of them holds a rose and as your crush/date passes/walks, they’d give her a rose until they’re all collected and then you pop out with a card written on it, “Here are some roses, will you be my beauty to my beast? Will you be my prom date?” And hope for the best!
-Home Delivery: Deliver a giant box to her house anonymously with the delivery man. When the box gets opened, it would shoot out many balloons. It may contain a puppy wearing a collar written on it, “Prom with me?” or just some chocolates, different cards and a huge card written on it, “Prom? Tick the answer, (Yes) & (Definitely, yes!)”
-Singing style: If you’re musical, then this is for you. Write her a song specially for her or even sing her “Count On Me”. Let some friends help you with that and let each of them hold a big board written on it a word or a letter of each that says, “Will you go to prom with me?” And hope they’d say yes!
-Starbucks: If you’d want something simple then just go buy you two a Starbucks drink and write on her cup, “Prom?” Bonus: chocolate and a teddy bear would also win her heart.

Valentines Day is supposed to be the most romantic day of the year where lovey-dovey gifts are exchanged. But this year, something out of the ordinary happened on February 14th.
Hayden Panettiere, well known actress of several movies and TV shows such as Scream 4, was punched by her boyfriend Brian Hickerson on the face. WHAT?
Brian was arrested and charged with assault at 2:30 am on Valentines Day. According to the press, Brian brutally struck Hayden on the right side of her face. When Brian was asked about what happened at the scene of the incident, he bitterly refused to answer questions. This is definitely not going to help his alibi!
A 911 call was made claiming that an intoxicated man is causing a scene, and with that said, the police rushed to the given address. When there, they witnessed Brian waiting outside Hayden’s door while Hayden was safely hiding inside her house.
Archived documents state that Hayden locked Brian out of a private home the couple had been staying at on Valentine’s Day. What’s quite ironic is that Brian is accusing Hayden for beating him up. Reports show quite the opposite. When Hayden was searched for injuries, her face had been swollen and a few cuts and bruises were scattered on her face and hand. With that statement, I think it’s obvious who attacked who.
According to documents, when Brian was asked by police if he punched Hayden, his “demeanor immediately changed and he avoided the question.” Brian also told police that nothing happened between the two of them.
The couple had hired a private chef for $700 meaning that he was there at the scene of the incident. When the Chef was asked about what had gone about throughout the day, he stated that the couple had been arguing the entire night.
Brian was charged with assault, alleged domestic beating, and even interference for failing to cooperate with the police.
Due to this incident, for Brian to be able to leave jail, he was asked to promise not to drink alcohol as well as submit to a search warrant and seizure of his vehicle if he were to break his oath. He was also asked to avoid all contact with Hayden whether it be phone calls, social media, or any other way.
This isn’t the first time Hayden and Brian get into a feisty argument. Back in 2019, it was claimed that Brian had previously assaulted her as well but Hayden didn’t want to press charges for the sake of what they have.
The couple has been dating around the time span of a year and a half, but I guess this is the end of the road for them. Women have the absolute right to break things off with a man, especially if that man is abusive. On the other hand, we do hope that Hayden is coping well with the break up!
