We all love winter and it’s all fun and nice until your skin starts to break out from dryness, dehydration or dullness, that’s when maintaining its glow starts requiring a healthy daily skin care regime.

It’s important to cleanse and nourish the skin, in order to protect it against the cold winds! What follows are simple and easy ways to help your skin face the cold and keep its glow.

Moisturize Daily

Cold weather and cool winds upset dry skin condition. Switch to a moisturizer that is rich in squalene & glycol proteins, in order to moisturize the skin better and avoid any possible dryness.

You can follow this step by applying a toner, just make sure it’s alcohol-free.

Watch Your Diet

A healthy skin starts by following a healthy diet because your skin doesn’t depend only on external treatments but on your food intake as well. Water is essential and you might forget to drink the 3-4 needed litres because of the weather, so make sure to set an alarm or download an app to remind you!

Also include fruits and vegetables in your diet to help release water from your system and finally, including olive oil is a great way to soften your skin.

Coconut oil is your skin’s bestie! Pamper it with some before a bath to reduce any dryness and heal chaps. Also, make sure that the soap you use is a creamy one for an extra suppleness to your skin.

A Lip Balm Should Never Leave your Bag 

They should be your 24/7 companion this winter and shouldn’t leave your bag! Keep your lips covered with a good lip balm and apply it several times a day, just make sure it contains SPF 15 or 20 or vitamin E and shea butter.

You can also massage your lips with ghee! Yup, just a thin layer on overnight acts as a natural protection for lips and works like magic.

Don’t wash it much!

You shouldn’t wash your face very frequently during winter, and when you do, choose a gentle cleanser that won’t wash away the natural oils of your skin.

Kim Kardashian is launching a new bridal make-up collection, and the inspiration for this collection comes from her own wedding look.

Kim is joining forces with her long-time friend and make-up artist, Mario Dedivanovic. Together, they are creating the Mrs. West Collection, which includes a pretty palette of eye-shadows, highlighters, rosy blush, a lipstick, lip pencil and a gloss. 

 

Fans have been eager to own this collection, ever since the news first broke in February.

Basically, with the Kardashian’s make-up kit, brides to be can now easily recreate her entire wedding look!

The Mrs. West KKW Beauty collection will launch tomorrow on the 24th of May, and to make things more special, this date also happens to be Kim and Kanye’s five-year wedding anniversary.

Here are 4 simple and effective exercises for the mommies who have no time for training.

1st exercise is ( Shoulder tap )
3 sets .. 15 reps each set.

2nd exercise is ( plank)
3 sets 20 seconds each set.

3rd exercise is ( Bridge)
3 sets 15 reps each set.

4th exercise is ( Chair Squat)
