Egypt Tops Independent’s List of The Best Places to Visit in 2020

Egypt came in top of the list of best places to visit in 2020 in an article published on the Independent’s website, with the title “This is where the experts recommend for travel next year, from Egypt to Pakistan.”
The article states that according to experts, Egypt should be on everyone’s travel list for next year especially after the flights resuming to Sharm El-Sheikh.
The article also mentioned the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM) and recommended it as one of the top places to visit and that it is the largest archaeological museum in the world, set to open in 2020.
Following Egypt is Pakistan which came in second, followed by Milwaukee in the US. Then Denmark’s Copenhagen got ranked fourth, and UK’s Kent came in fifth place.
Chad came in sixth, followed by Peru, China’s Sichuan in eighth place, Scotland’s Aberdeen ranked ninth and last but not least, New England in the US came in 10th place.

Ministry of Tourism Participates in UN Annual Charity Bazaar For the First Time

Tourism Ministry is participating in the annual International Charity Bazaar for the very first time, the event that just kicked off at the UN’s HQ in Geneva.
Not only is Egypt participating among 70 more countries, but it has also been chosen to head the bazaar this year.
The Annual International Charity Bazaar is organized by the United Nations Women’s Guild in cooperation with the Permanent Missions of the United Nations in Geneva.
The main aim of the charity bazaar is financing a number of projects for children of developing countries, last year for instance, the bazaar helped fund around 60 projects and two of them were in Egypt.
Tourism Minister Rania Al-Mashat expressed her pride in taking part of such an event by pointing out the importance of the ministry’s participation in light of its efforts in representing Egypt in international events and forums, and this bazaar is considered to be one of the most prominent event held at the UN annually.
