The list was made with the help and recommendations of travel experts and influencers who were asked to share the places that they have on their radars for next year, among the famous bloggers who chose Egypt was Lexie Alford.

The famous travel blogger broke a Guinness World Record at the age of 21, by being the youngest person every to travel to all countries of the world, and having recommended Egypt as one of the best places gives us so much pride.

“After traveling to every country in the world, Egypt is one of the countries that I would consider one of the most underrated. Egypt harbors such immense, well-preserved history and a unique culture that can only be discovered in this forgotten corner of North Africa.” Alford said when asked why she chose Egypt.

The country is finally beginning to receive the recognition it deserves after being named the world’s fastest-growing travel destination by the World Tourism Organization. In 2020, the Grand Egyptian Museum—the largest archaeological museum in the world—will open to the public and the exhibits will include thousands of ancient Egyptian artifacts that have never been seen before.” She added.
