The clock is ticking and the world is about to witness yet another magical, out-of-this-world, royal wedding. Prince Harry, the younger son of Charles, Prince of Wales, and Diana, Princess of Wales, and is fifth in the line of succession to the British throne, will walk down the aisle along with the 33 year old actress and humanitarian, Meghan Markle on the May 19th of this year.
The couple, who got engaged back on November 27th of last year, will tie the knot at St. George’s Chapel in Windsor Castle, where Harry was christened when he was three months old in 1984. The place can take up as many as 800 guests.
There is no announced cost of the wedding but, of course, the Royal Family will take care of everything; not to mention that Prince William and Kate Middleton’s wedding cost around 34 million dollars!
The Engagement ring is another story, it is nothing but ROYAL! Prince Harry himself designed the three-stone diamond ring with British jewelers Cleave and Company. The center stone is from Botswana, a place close to the couple’s hearts, and the two side stones are from Princess Diana’s personal collection; and if you are wondering about that yellow gold, well, it’s Meghan’s favorite, according to Harry.
The Wedding will probably be aired on TV; the couple will try to engage the public as much as possible; yet, they are aiming to have special, intimate moments with their friends and families.
