6 Ways You Can Stay Fit During Work

We all hope to magically lose that extra weight, quit the junk food and Hashtag our photos with healthy can be sexy, but let’s be honest, healthy isn’t really that sexy, however, it is a necessity!

A common excuse is that staying in shape is hard when you spend most of the time at work, and you have got no option but to satisfy your craving with all the temptations surrounding you.

This is unfortunately true, and I have suffered the same issue until I was too sacred to stand on a scale, and so here are the things I have done to ensure I stay fit during work and not give in to my cravings.

1. Eat sensibly.

First things first, is to quit all the extra and unnecessary sweets that you munch on throughout the day. The next step is to say no to all the junk food, and practice self control. Office colleagues may impose a huge temptation on you, but the key is to learn to say no! Also moderation is important, you don’t have to give up completely on fast food, just limit its consumption.

You can start your day by a good, fulfilling breakfast; that will help you stay full till midday and you won’t feel the urge to consume munchies. Always keep fruits nearby, and avoid unhealthy, greasy food.

Snacks are crucial, we know, so you may want to snack on healthy alternatives, such as fruits, nuts, granola bars or healthy smoothies.

2. Drink plenty of water.

I often forget to drink water, as I get busy with work so I lose track of how much water I have consumed. In order to avoid that, you can get the large water bottle, and keep it in front of you on the desk.

If you’re not a huge fan of water, you can have juicy fruits instead, this will also keep your body from dehydration.

3- Bring your own food

Bringing your own lunch to work will force you to refuse takeouts, it is also cleaner and much much healthier. It doesn’t have to be a boring meal, any homemade meal will make a great substitute to junk food.

4- Take the stairs

If you don’t have time for the gym, then the simplest form of exercise would do. Skip the elevator, and start taking the stairs instead! And if you get to have lunch break outside the office, choose a nearby restaurant and walk to it.

5- Motivation is the Key!

We all get motivated at first, eager to lose the weight and start this healthy lifestyle, but it doesn’t take long that we lose the motivation and we go back to our old habits. Because motivation is the key, start following pages on Instagram that posts healthy recipes, body transformations, tips on how to how to stay fit, etc.

6- Mind over body

Choose to think positively about this change, believe that it is a better lifestyle, and not something that you are forced to do. Think of how good it is to not feel bloated all the time! Sometimes, we eat because we’re bored or upset, understanding this and fighting the unnecessary urge to eat is important, following your mind and not what your body tells you, is what will keep you going.

Sharnouby Reveals Shocking Details About His Relationship With Sarah El Tabakh

A few weeks back, a video of Mohamed El Sharnouby’s engagement to the producer Sarah El Tabakh went viral on social media and people were both happy for the couple and surprised at the sudden engagement in the same time.

After a while, rumors started spreading about their breakup, the news which people found ironic and hard to believe up until yesterday when Sharnouby dropped a bombshell that left fans shocked and quite confused.

He started by explaining that he has always preferred to separate his personal life from his work and never once liked to discuss anything related to his relationships, but when speculations started to spread about his relationship and people started to attack, he felt it is about time he tell the entire story.

According to his post on Facebook, their relationship started years ago where they first met for business purposes but their friendship started to escalate quickly. He added that she was very supportive of his singing career and encouraged him to pursue it at a time where his focus was only on his acting career.

Sharnouby said that the relationship was met with many obstacles, one of them is that his own father didn’t approve because of the somewhat big age difference between the two of them and that explains why his father didn’t appear in the engagement’s video. He further revealed that the video she posted was actually taken back in April 2018!

The trouble actually started when they started mixing business with their relationship and Sharnouby believes it was his fault in the first place to have agreed to signing a contract that included terms risking his career. But then again he was all in for the love and trust between them.

Now, the situation is unstable, they have broken up and Sharnouby didn’t want to carry on with the album or their work together. That was when the contract appeared in the picture.

Sharnouby claims that his career is at risk now because she is his manager after all, and media connections is one of her strength points, all of which have been causing him trouble ever since.

At the end of the post, Sharnouby stressed that this would be the last time he speaks of anything personal out of respect to what the both of them once had. He was forced to share this only after all the questions, rumors and speculations went on and on about their relationship.

So far, no official statement from Sarah El Tabakh has been released and she is actually been under attack since Sharnouby’s post. For that and to stand against all the harsh comments left on the engagement’s video post, we expect to hear her side of the story very soon!

Marvel Reveals Its Line-up For Phase 4 and Here’s The Complete List!

Marvel Studios finally let us all in on its plans for the next phase of the Marvel Cinematic Universe as it just revealed its upcoming schedule during its Hall H panel at San Diego Comic-Con on Saturday night.

They have announced at least 10 projects that we shall expect over the next two years, one of the biggest reveals during the comic-con convention is that Natalie Portman will wield Thor’s hammer and that Mahershala Ali will star in a new Blade project. There has also been a confirmation from Marvel that they’re working on movies featuring some of the studio’s recently acquired characters.

The following are the announcements that Marvel made during the panel and their release dates:

Black Widow, starring Scarlett Johansson and Rachel Weisz, arriving in theaters on May 1, 2020.

The Eternals, starring Angelina Jolie and Salma Hayek, arriving in theaters on November 6, 2020.

Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, starring Simu Liu, arriving in theaters on February 12, 2021.

Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, starring Benedict Cumberbatch and Elizabeth Olsen, arriving in theaters on May 7, 2021.

Thor: Love and Thunder, starring Natalie Portman, Tessa Thompson, and Chris Hemsworth, arriving in theaters on November 5, 2021.

There are of course a number of upcoming Marvel films that weren’t announced during the panel, including Black Panther 2, Guardians of the Galaxy 3 and Captain Marvel 2. All of which are currently in development, but the studios seem to be not ready to reveal more details just yet. Kevin Feige also confirmed projects for Fantastic Four and X-Men are in the works.

It is fair to say that Marvel is going to be quite busy over the next upcoming years, planning huge things for us. In return, we will also be very busy catching up to all those incredible releases!

July was and still is a lit month for all the Netflixers what with all the series that have returned to our favorite streaming media provider. Now in case you aren’t keeping track, here are some of the best shows that have returned or is returning this month.

If you’re not excited about their return, meaning you haven’t watched any of them, well you have some serious catching up to do because these are a MUST WATCH.

1- La Casa De Papel, Part 3

The third part of our favorite Spanish series has finally returned after a VERY long wait, the show is about professional criminals who plan an elaborate robbery of the Royal Mint of Spain. Let me just tell you that everything about the series, from the plot to the cinematography, is mind-blowing.

Honestly the only series I have watched on Netflix that got my heart racing so fast, out of fear, horror and excitement. At the same time, gives me a really good laugh! Weird, right?

Yet to be released on July 25th, the series follows the lives of three moms after maternity leave and the challenges they face in raising their toddlers while trying to maintain their social life and career. A good laugh and at the same time perfectly portray the struggles of working mothers.
